Method:
1 - In a pot, heat the oil then add the chopped onion and add spices, chopped tomato and chicken and stir fry for 5 minutes.
2 - Add water, salt and leave the pot on the fire about half an hour until the chicken is cooked, then drain and raises chickens from pot.
3 - to prepare the necessary amount of broth to boil rice, add a half cup of sauce per cup of rice.
4 - wash the rice well and put the sauce on the fire until boiling.
5 - leave the rice boil until gravy starts to evaporate and reduce fire and leave to simmer on low heat for 25 minutes or until well cooked .
6 - to serve it,put rice in a dish and put chicken pieces on the top of it
